« Nicely decorated rooms, recently updated. Quiet, out of the way location on the North side of Columbia. A few blocks from lots of dining options and just a short drive to downtown. Will look to stay here again when we come down next year. »

« This is a wonderful home in a great location. We took the Amtrak train in town and walked to the house. It's clean and very well kept. The artwork is amazing. Be sure to schedule shower times if you have a full house since there is only 1 shower. That being said, everyone had hot water and no one complained of running out. Cell block 2 can only be accessed from the cell block 1 or the warden's quarters. There is no mirror in the warden's quarters but there are in the other bedrooms. All of the...

« The homeowners couldn’t have been more amazing. The house exceeded all of our expectations. We had the best time and everyone with us agreed and now wants to rent this house. »

« The home was clean and cozy with an interior design that beautifully blended antiques with modern elements. Outdoor spaces were equally lovely, a perfect setting to gaze at hundreds of stars on a clear night. The location is great with an amazing coffee shop offering superb homemade goods within walking distance. The host was wonderful and very communicative as needed. I sincerely hope I can come back to Sweet Gum Cottage! »
