🚗 By Car: Driving is the most convenient way to explore Divide and its surroundings. The property offers ample parking space, and you’ll have quick access to US-24, making it easy to reach destinations like Colorado Springs, Woodland Park, and Pikes Peak.



🚶 On Foot: While the area is rural and spread out, you can enjoy leisurely walks through the peaceful neighborhood or take a short drive to nearby hiking trails for a more immersive outdoor experience.



🚴 By Bike: The area around Divide is great for cycling enthusiasts, with scenic routes and trails nearby. Bring your bike and explore the region at your own pace.



🚖 Ridesharing: Although ridesharing services like Uber and Lyft may be less frequent in this rural area, they are still available for trips to nearby towns and attractions.



Other Things to Note:

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.



🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.



☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.



⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late



💵 Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.



❄️ Driveway Note: Please note that our driveway can be challenging in snow. We recommend a 4WD or AWD vehicle due to its length and steepness. This ensures safe access when plowing or shoveling might be delayed.
