Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the whole house minus two locked closets. Guests will check in themselves using the provided 4 digit door code. A garage remote control is available if you choose to park inside the garage.

We pride ourselves in providing a clean and tidy space for all our guests. Due to high interest and accepting same day reservations, we want to allow our cleaner all necessary time to thoroughly complete cleaning and disinfecting tasks. For this reason we are not able to accommodate late checkout requests. Please plan accordingly and book the correct amount of days as to allow for a prompt 11 AM checkout time. A late checkout fee of $150 will be added to your reservation costs if house is not vacant by 11:30 AM.

Reservations of 10+ days will be subject to a deep cleaning fee. Please ask your host for details prior to booking.
