+The fully fenced backyard and deck offer the perfect safe haven for your pets or little ones to play. The property is equipped with a variety of outdoor games including ring toss and more.

+Enjoy outdoor grilling on the gas grill while watching the sun set over the mountains. Dine al fresco on the inviting outdoor dining set, or unwind in comfort on our plush outdoor lounge furniture under the soft glow of string lights.

+Light a fire in the wood fire pit surrounded by cozy Adirondack chairs, or relax nearby in the forest on two hammock chairs and two hammocks.

+For a rejuvenating experience, indulge in the soothing warmth of our private sauna, offering peace and awe-inspiring views of natural surroundings.


ARRIVAL + ENTRY
The driveway is directly in front of the home and offers parking for two large vehicles or four compact vehicles.The main entrance is the second door on the right side of the home, and it is equipped with a Yale keypad lock. We’ll send you your personal door code via message as soon as the home becomes available on the day of check in. There is a coat hook by the entrance and boot trays near the doors.

LIVING ROOM
Step into a world of comfort and relaxation in the living room furnished with plush cushions on the sectional sofa. Gather around the coffee table and enjoy your favorite shows on the 65-inch Samsung TV, equipped with popular streaming apps like Hulu and Netflix. Light up the electric fireplace and relax with throw blankets.

+Enjoy a variety of board games, playing cards, magazines and Colorado travel guides.

+Convenient amenities include a phone charging station, an Amazon Echo Dot speaker, and electric lanterns, an essential oil diffuser, and adjustable cordless blinds for privacy.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is well stocked for making some delicious meals (or just coffee!) during your stay. There’s plenty of counter space, and the cabinets and drawers are labeled to help you easily find what you are looking for. The dining area features a polished natural stone center island with seating for four, and a butcher block extension for extra table or prep space.

+A variety of coffee and tea options are provided: Cuisinart drip coffee machine, French press, pour over, coffee grinder, electric kettle. We supply ground coffee, coffee beans, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, sugar-free sweetener, and an assortment of tea.

+As a special treat, you'll find a selection of complimentary snacks and beverages including Colorado beers for guests over the age of 21.

+The kitchen features updated appliances and a full-size refrigerator with water and ice dispensers, a gas range, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, waffle maker, hand-held mixer, rice cooker, and even a bread maker.

+Use an extensive array of kitchen tools: pots, pans, bakeware, knives, measuring cups and spoons, ice cream scooper, pizza cutters, mixing bowls, cutting boards, splatter screen, strainer, mixing spoons, slotted spoons, a ladle, spatulas, tongs, masher, peeler, pasta claw, whisk, pan scraper, potholders, kitchen towels, oven mitts, a can opener, bottle opener, cocktail shaker, wine opener, and wine stoppers. Additionally, grill tools are conveniently located in a drawer on the island.

KING BEDROOM (BLUE)
Step into this elegantly designed space featuring a king-size bed with a brand-new, plush mattress and high-quality bedding, plus a 55-inch Samsung Smart TV with a variety of streaming apps. Experience complete control over your lighting preferences with bedside lamps with built-in dimmers, as well as an adjustable ceiling fan and light. Immerse yourself in the glow of the star projector. Unpack and organize in the bedroom closet, use a dresser, luggage rack, , shelves, clothes hangers and a safe. Use the robe in the closet for your Sauna time. Cleaning supplies are stored in the closet, including a Shark compact vacuum, a broom and dustpan, and a mop and bucket.

KING BEDROOM (GREEN)
Prepare for a restful night's sleep as you unwind on the king-size bed, complete with a brand-new, plush mattress and high-quality bedding. This bedroom features bedside lighting with USB ports and dimmable lights, a ceiling fan, a full size mirror, and a noise machine. The bedroom closet has a dresser, clothes hangers luggage rack, and an array of children’s items including a pack n’ play with linens, a baby bath, a baby monitor set, outlet covers, a changing pad, and a highchair. Fitness enthusiasts will find a selection of items including a yoga mat, foam roller, and a pouch with assorted resistance bands.

BATHROOM 1 (RAINFALL SHOWERHEAD)
Featuring a full-sized glass shower, with rainfall showerhead and a convenient handheld showerhead, updated sink, medicine cabinet with mirror. We provide fresh towels, hand towels, washcloths, makeup cloths, spa-quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, cotton swabs, cotton balls, a hair dryer, and toilet paper. Experience a truly luxurious stay, where no detail has been overlooked.

BATHROOM 2 (VINTAGE CLAWFOOT TUB)
Featuring a vintage clawfoot tub with handheld showerhead, bathtub caddy tray, updated sink, round mirror, a color-changing moon lamp, fresh towels, hand towels, washcloths, makeup cloths, bath salt, spa-quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash,hand soap, cotton swabs, cotton balls, a hair dryer, and toilet paper. Every detail has been thoughtfully arranged to create an extraordinary experience to remember.

LAUNDRY
Located conveniently between bedrooms, use the updated washer and dryer duo with complimentary laundry pods. Iron and ironing board, stepladder, and baby gate are also provided.

FAMILY FRIENDLY
Children’s amenities include pack n' play with linens, a baby bath, baby monitor, outlet covers, baby gate, children's plates, bowls, and cups.

BUSINESS & MODERN AMENITIES
Keyless entry, fast Wi-Fi, desk and chair in the loft, ample power outlets, USB charging ports, and an Alexa smart speaker for playing music or asking questions about the local area. There is a detailed house manual with everything that you need to know about the space and the local area, including Wi-Fi information, device instructions, a parking diagram, restaurant and attraction recommendations, food delivery options, childcare recommendations, grocery/pharmacies nearby and emergency contact information.

PETS
This is a dog-friendly listing for up to two dogs who qualify. Please message us before booking to see if your dogs qualify. There is a $75 flat fee per dog. Important: When booking with two pets, the fee for the first pet is charged automatically. We'll manually process the fee for the second pet after your reservation is made. Cost of any pet damage will be charged to the guest. We are happy to host both you and your dogs!

Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property including the cabin, driveway parking, sauna (with signing of liability waiver), back porch, fire pit area and spacious backyard with yard games. Guest will not have access to a few closets locked for supplies.
