-Please review the sleeping arrangements before booking.
-Although the home doesn't have central AC our evenings in this region are generally cool in the summer time, simply opening the windows will provide natural coolness. The property does have high powered window fans for your comfort.
-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the protection of the surrounding wildlife in the city's area.
-We do not have on-site maintenance or cleaning, unlike hotels, but all requests will be taken care of.
-Trampoline and wood-burning fireplace are not for guest use due to insurance reasons.
