Our entire home is for you and your guests. Ideal for entertaining for a special celebration or just having a romantic getaway this home leaves nothing to be desired. Open the doors on both sides of the great room to stretch the entertainment space to 2 decks with party lights, area for games, 2 fire pits, and more.

Guests have access to virtually all of the home minus a few locked closets/storage areas.

Hiking guides line our bookshelf to help make your stay unique but we`re always here to provide recommendations. Games are tucked in the dining room to enhance time spent with one another. Please let us know if you`re celebrating a special occasion too.

A relaxed, wooded neighborhood where you`re tucked in the trees. Enjoy walking around the pond across the street (no fishing permitted) or take a stroll through the green spaces. Conveniently located to I-25 and shopping yet with a secluded feel. While the property is over an acre sound does travel...please honor quiet hours from 11pm - 8am daily.

While the home can easily host families with children (of any age) the home is upscale and not equipped with baby gates, etc., to prevent access to the stairs . Also, given the nature of the furnishings multiple young children (under the age of 6-7) will require significant adult supervision. While we encourage family/friend gatherings we ask that you coordinate gatherings of people NOT staying at the property in advance of arrival and any groups over 15.

Pets Allowed BUT PLEASE message me first if you plan to bring pets as we prefer to make sure we are on the same page since this is a high end home.

Special Events or Family Gatherings of over 15 people, such as a graduation dinner, (even if not STAYING at the home) MUST BE EXPLICITLY APPROVED AND MAY HAVE AN ADDITIONAL FEE IF APPROVED. We encourage family and friend gatherings but WE ARE NOT A PARTY HOUSE AND AREN`T APPROPRIATE FOR WEDDING CEREMONIES, FAMILY REUNIONS, ETC.
