We require that local fire restrictions are honored out of safety for our guests, the forest, and nearby wildlife. Violation of this rule may result in immediate termination of your reservation.
đ Smoking: Smoking in accordance with Colorado law is permitted outside. There is no smoking of anything (tobacco, marijuana, vaping) inside the home.
âïž Winter Access: The home is open and accessible year-round, but the last 3 miles are via dirt roads that are well maintained by the county and plowed after snow. Please make sure you are traveling in an appropriate vehicle, especially in the wintertime.
