Bijou Basin View Star Wagon

Located NE of Colorado Springs about a half an hour in a secret valley. This season(winter) It will be set up for “dry camping”. Temps can freeze the water system.We have deer on property regularly. Prong horn and elk sometimes across on the other side of the valley. Amazing moon & sunrises. Dark sky for Star gazing easily see satellites pass overhead from the hot tub and shooting stars. Horseshoe area, playground for children and of course access to the HOT TUB! We are a horse neighborhood however we don’t currently have horses only chickens and lamas. Dirt roads in our area still. The Paint Mines are a unique hiking area about 20 minutes east and Homestead Park is great for hiking, fishing, soccer fields, and a large playground with bathrooms open seasonally. Fire pit use is allowed as long is there isn’t a burn ban. Outdoor gas Bbq grill. Outdoor chairs and awning is operational but it is recommended to only use under supervision as winds can pick up quickly and damage it. Usually summer morning use helps keep the rv much cooler. Please retract before departure for the day. Hiking the local dirt roads brings even greater vistas than we have on property. Also fun on mt. bike. This is not for rent to travel with, but to stay on site.
