« Everything was stellar! Not only did they have a delicious hot breakfast, but the following: A bag for dirty / wet clothes. The hot tub area was clean and provided clean plentiful towels, in addition to the ones in the hotel. They have food in the lobby, so you do not have to run out to eat. « The room was in no condition to deal with the humidity. We found tons of bugs in the room, the first night, a grasshopper, approximately 10 woodlice and dead butterfly. The check in and out was really easy. The breakfast was meh, not a lot of options and when we got there at 8AM almost everything was run off. »

« Room had a loud dripping noise coming from the bathroom ceiling vent all night, and the bathroom door would not close all the way to isolate it. My keycard didn't work the first time and I had to get it reprogrammed. I had no instructions given to me as to how to check out, and there was no drop box or the like for my keycards when I left before staff was there in the morning. »
