VILLA ANNETTE is a recently renovated villa, located in the centre of Colonno right on the lakeshore, overlooking a unique landscape and surprising at first sight with its location and design.

Features: lakefront villa, lake-view balcony, gym, kitchen, 4 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom and 1 covered parking space. VILLA ANNETTE is spread over four floors and offers a splendid view of Lake Como from all bedrooms, the living room and the kitchen.

On the first floor: 2 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower and large walk-in wardrobes.

It has a private parking space in the garage, which is only accessible by a small or medium-sized car, due to the restricted external manoeuvring area. A few steps away there are free public car parks, but we warn that they are often full during the peak season. Other public pay car parks are 600 metres away.COLONNO & SURROUNDINGS

Colonno is a charming little village on the western shore of Lake Como, in Lombardy, known for its natural beauty and authentic charm. This picturesque village is an ideal place for those seeking quiet and breathtaking views. The view of the lake, with its crystal-clear waters and reflecting mountains, is one of the main attractions. Colonno is also an excellent starting point for excursions into the surrounding green hills. Trails from the village offer beautiful panoramic views of the lake and mountains, such as the famous Greenway to Griante. Thanks to its location, it is a peaceful corner away from the tourist hustle and bustle. It is perfect for those who wish to immerse themselves in the nature and serenity of Lake Como.

Please note that there are no bars or restaurants in Colonno and that the nearest supermarket is called Sigma in the village of Lenno, 3.5 km away.GETTING AROUNDPlease note that the taxi service on Lake Como is not always reliable or readily available. We therefore advise against relying on it once you have reached your destination. We suggest evaluating alternative options such as public transport (buses and boats), hiring a car or using pre-booked private drivers.

The bus stop is 180 m from the villa, while the boat stop is a few steps away. Please note that there are only 2 boats per day that pass through Colonno: one in the morning and one in the afternoon. In the nearby town of Argegno, however, you will find a boat every hour.

Easy to reach from the airports, Milan and Lugano, all of which are about an hour\'s drive away.
