« Great location but old rooms with very limited and random cleaning service. I never had water bottles replenished, sometimes my room wouldn't even be cleaned before 6pm, trashes were not removed and the room not cleaned, only the bed was done, I didn't benefit from an upgrade and bottle of wine offered by my status. Swimming pool was closed. Disappointing experience. »

« Five star service! (I didn't give a rating for breakfast as I didn't have breakfast) Wonderful to have the concierge open 24 hours. Lovely, friendly staff. The room was just lovely. Big, comfy bed. Immaculate bathroom. Gorgeous big balcony. The only thing I missed out on was a cup of tea! I had no idea the tea/ coffee/ bar facilities were tucked behind a sliding door cupboard which I never thought to open, as I thought it was a clothes cupboard! Maybe there could be some signage to make...

« Les points forts : 1/ appartement neuf, très spacieux, très confortable, très bien équipé. 2/ bonne réactivité de l'établissement pour solutionner quelques petits soucis techniques et d'organisation : une bouteille de champagne offerte en guise de compensation Les points faibles : 1/ Très mauvais emplacement, au croisement de deux voies routières rapides à l'extrémité du port de marchandises, trop loin du centre touristique de Fremantle pour pouvoir y aller à pied avec des enfants. « Accueil au top!!! »

« Really good stay! Everything is made to make you feel home: even water in the fridge everyday! The only disappointment was the window which was really old (thin) and we couldn't open it. We had noise from the street every night (people coming out of the pub when closing), during the night and in the early morning. We really appreciated our stay but would have preferred a roll on the court side. The food and beers from the pub are amazing! »

« le check-in et le check-out se sont parfaitement déroulé. Le staff est très aimable. L'hôtel est très bien situé à Perth. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très propres, la piscine est très agréable et plutôt grande. Le déjeuner est délicieux. Le rooftop bar 18 Knots offre une jolie vue sur la Swan River notamment lors du coucher de soleil ainsi qu'une carte de boissons et de plats assez large. »
