Rambling Ranch is ideal for game days, graduations, Ring Day, or simply a peaceful escape into the Texas countryside, offering space, comfort, and entertainment for every guest.

Aggieland Vacation Rentals requires guests to be a minimum of 25 years or older to sign the booking agreement and be responsible for all guests in the party. As a locally owned and operated company, we give you peace of mind that your reservations are always protected and secure!

The property may have one or more actively recording cameras overlooking the entrance, driveway, and backyard areas, which record audio and video. All devices are on the exterior. You have access to all areas of the property except the equestrian center. A team member is on call 24 hours a day to assist with any questions or concerns.
Guest must be 25 years or older to reserve the property and digitally sign the Booking Agreement prior to check-in.

1. Smoking: Smoking is NOT allowed in or on our properties. If the cleaning crew or Booking Agent detects any evidence of smoking, we will retain $400 of your deposit to deodorize the home.

2. Heating & Cooling: Do not turn the thermostat below 69 degrees during the summer, as the unit could freeze, and the Guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees.

3. Visitors: People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property. If we find unauthorized guests have stayed, a fee of $200 will be retained from your deposit plus $50 per person.

4. Guest Responsibilities: All the properties are privately owned. The Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners and Booking Agent are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they allow to use the premises.

5. Property Maintenance: Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. The Guests will maintain the premises in good order and appearance and will conduct themselves in a manner inoffensive to neighbors. Our properties are not intended to be party houses, as parties are prohibited.

6. Household Appliances & Furniture: Only use appliances for their intended uses. Do not use high heat or metal utensils with Teflon pans. Do not take indoor furniture outside the property and do not take outdoor furniture inside of the property.

7. Pet Policy: Pets are NOT allowed at this property, with the exception of legally documented service animals. Guest must provide documentation upon request. If any pets are found in/on the property without a previous agreement, the Guest will be fined $200, and the booking will be terminated.

8. Parking: Parking is only allowed on the concrete driveway and under the carport. DO NOT block the driveway to the stables. Towing is enforced. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property. If the cleaning crew finds that the property has been left excessively dirty, you may be billed for additional cleaning time.

10. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than SEPTIC SAFE toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products or other products besides toilet paper have been flushed and clogged the plumbing system, the Guest will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair, IN ADDITION COUNTRY PROPERTIES HAVE SEPTIC SYSTEMS THAT CAN BACKUP INTO THE HOME AND RUIN YOUR STAY. IF THE SYSTEM BEGINS TO BACKUP INTO THE HOME CEASE ALL WATER USE IMMEDIATELY AND CALL 979-690-8480.

11. Fires & Grill: Absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or on the property. A grill and outdoor fireplace can be found on property. Propane will be supplied. Wood may be supplied. Please put it back in its original position and clean it after each use. You may use the firepit only when a burn ban is not in place.

12. Personal Items: Guests will need to provide their own paper goods. An initial setup of trash liners, toilet paper, and hand soap is provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Guest (e.g., toothpaste, soap, extra toilet paper, shampoo, etc.).

13. Trash: No trash or other items may be left on the property. Please collect all trash, bag it, and place it into the city garbage bin located at the end of driveway or by the side door near the carport. There will be a $25 charge if this rule is not followed.

14. Secure the Property: Close and lock all windows, close blinds, and lock all doors. Contact the Booking Agent immediately should any difficulty arise in properly securing the property.

15. Events: If the Guest wishes to have an event at the property, permission must be obtained from the Booking Agent and Homeowner. An event fee will be added.

16. Equipment: Should there be security cameras, guests may not alter, tamper with, or access in any way. Failure to follow this rule will result in charges to the Guest for the full amount of the damages caused by such failure.

17. REMINDER: Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. The Homeowner or Booking Agent may enter the premises at any time without securing prior permission from the Guest in case of emergency. Any Guest who is found using illegal drugs or allows others to use illegal drugs on the premises will be immediately denied continued occupancy at these premises.

18. Stable Property: Guests are NOT allowed to enter the Stable Property. This includes vehicular and pedestrian. Horses are sensitive to load noises; therefore, no fireworks, firecrackers, firearms, or other explosive devices may be discharged on the property. Trespassing fees are a minimum fee of $1,000 plus the costs of any damages caused by the trespass, said $1,000 will be retained from your security deposit. NO FEEDING OF ANIMALS, NO PETTING OF ANIMALS!

Great Space

A Nice Family Retreat

The home is a great plan for a large group with lots of space and things to do. It's convenient to Texas A&M. The home has been extensively used and is pretty tired. Lots of deferred maintenance needs to be addressed.

A lovely home!

We loved the farmhouse feel and the beautiful country surroundings. The house had everything we needed. We had a lot of room to accommodate 3 generations of family for graduation weekend. The rental company/owners were easy to work with and responded quickly to our request to add a night to our stay. We would certainly stay there again!

The stay was wonderful! The kids and adults had a great time in the game room. The kitchen was laid out well with plenty of utensils and space to prep meals. 11 of us met from different locations! The property manager was very nice and helped us when we realized we left something behind.

College Station rental

Our 4 families had a fantastic time together over New Years Eve. The size of the house and the yard were perfect for our larger group. The reason I rated our stay at 4 stars were because of the following: -Check-in was at 4:00 and the cleaners were still there at 4:45. -The hot tub was not working the first day we got there. The owners came out the 2nd day to fix. It got warm by 9:45 that night. The owners were very friendly! -The picture of the backyard in the listing makes it seem much much bigger than it actually is. -We constantly had flies in the house. (Most likely because of our proximity to the horse stables.) Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our visit!

Christmas and Wedding Stay

A very good place for a large family gathering (we had 10 adults and 4 children). Nice country feel, but close to HEB, medical care (we had 3 of our family ill). Our only suggestions would be: a few more towels (kitchen and bath). We thoroughly enjoyed having so much room.

Family Christmas Celebrate

Our family of sixteen had a fabulous time at this spacious farmhouse built for fun and relaxation as well. We all enjoyed the Christmas deck inside and out. The grandkids especially enjoyed the game tables upstairs. We wouldn’t definitely stay again.

Great house for our family Christmas

This house worked out great for our family. The house was decorated for Christmas with a beautiful tree, other decorations throughout the house and outside lights on the house and all the lights, inside and out, were on a timer which was really convenient. The kitchen is huge and well stocked which made preparing meals easy. There are three bedrooms downstairs with king beds and large enough to set up pack and plays and toddler beds and still have lots of room. Upstairs were two bedrooms with two beds each, a sofa that made into a bed and a nook area with a bed, everyone said their beds were very comfortable. Also upstairs was an air hockey game and foosball table. We had really good weather while we were there so the kids enjoyed playing in the yard and the adults enjoyed sitting on the wrap around pouch. The grandsons used the hot tub one day and enjoyed it. The living room is also roomy with a very comfortable sofa which several naps were taken on. We had plans to use the firepit but never were able to work it into our schedule. Also one day we went to Santa's Wonderland which was well worth it. This was a great place to stay and the owners and property managers were great to work with. Our family had a Great Christmas, thank-you for allowing us to use your home.

Great house for large groups

This was a great house for our group of 14 - which included six kids under the age of four. All of the beds were comfortable and we had enough blankets, towels, pillows, for all. The firepit was a lot of fun especially with the cold front. Would stay here again for another weekend.

Wonderful rental!

This is a great home for a large group. We came in to town with for the football game, a group of three families with several kids. The home is beautiful, conveniently located to get to town quickly, comfortable beds, great kitchen area and room for everyone. We will come back for future visits!

A Pleasant Stay overall

We had a nice get together.Everything was well organized except couple of things. The only reason I cant give you 5 star is , The hot tub was not working and the grill was not working as well.The grill was not used for long time and we saw a nest of wasp there.We loved the kitchen ,hall and all the bed rooms.The advice to management would be to make sure all the amenities work before they rent it out.
