Nestled in the heart of College Station, Gig’em on Glade is a stunning property just 12 minutes from the vibrant atmosphere of Kyle Field and the Texas A&M University campus. With a plethora of cafes, shopping options, and a variety of attractions only minutes away, you’ll have everything you need for an unforgettable stay right at your fingertips.

As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by a beautifully furnished kitchen that exudes warmth and charm. Butcher block countertops and a stylish farmhouse sink create an inviting atmosphere, perfect for all your culinary endeavors. The spacious pantry offers plenty of room to store your essentials, making it easy to prepare and savor meals with family and friends. The open-concept floor plan enhances the flow of the space, allowing for seamless entertainment, while lovely windows invite natural light to flood in and frame picturesque views of the tree-shaded lot, providing a sense of tranquility throughout your visit.

Gig’em on Glade features five generously sized bedrooms and three full baths, all situated on nearly a quarter-acre lot. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with luxurious king-sized beds, ensuring a restful retreat, while two additional bedrooms are furnished with comfortable queen-sized beds. The fifth bedroom is an ideal haven for children, featuring a full-sized bed along with twin bunk beds, ensuring that everyone has their own cozy space to relax and unwind after a day of exploration. With these comfy bed options, you’re sure to enjoy restful nights, allowing you to wake refreshed and ready for the excitement of tomorrow.

Outside, the property boasts a secluded, private backyard, a three-burner gas grill, and a newly added pavilion. The expanded driveway provides additional space for special events, such as Ring Day celebrations, graduations, and family gatherings—making it the perfect setting for outdoor gatherings and evening barbecues. Plus, we’re delighted to welcome your furry friends, as Gig'em on Glade is pet-friendly! Pet deposits are $400 per pet, of which $200 is non-refundable. Furthermore, electric vehicle owners will appreciate the convenience of the outdoor charging station, perfect for recharging overnight.

Guest must be 25 years or older to reserve the property and digitally sign the Booking Agreement prior to check-in.

Pet Deposits are $400 per pet and up to 50% refundable.

1. Smoking: Smoking is NOT allowed in or on our properties. If the cleaning crew or Booking Agent detects any evidence of smoking, we will retain $400 of your deposit to deodorize the home.

2. Heating & Cooling: Do not turn the thermostat below 69 degrees in the summer, as the unit could freeze. Guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees.

3. Visitors: People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property. If we find unauthorized guests have stayed, a fee of $300 will be retained from your deposit plus $25 per person.

4. Guest Responsibilities: All the properties are privately owned. The Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners and Booking Agent are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they allow to use the premises.

5. Property Maintenance: The Guests will maintain the premises in good order and appearance and will conduct themselves in a manner inoffensive to neighbors. Our properties are not intended to be party houses, as parties are prohibited.

6. Household Appliances & Furniture: Only use appliances for their intended uses. Do not use high heat or metal utensils with Teflon pans. Do not take indoor furniture outside the property.

7. Pet Policy: Pets are allowed in our pet-friendly properties only if Booking Agent and Homeowner agreed prior to booking. Pet deposits are $400, of which $200 is non-refundable. If any pets are found in the properties without previous agreement with Booking Agent, Guest will be fined a pet deposit and booking will be terminated. Please clean up after your pet in yard, neighborhood, and parks.

8. Parking: Parking is only allowed in respective areas on the property. Towing is enforced. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.


9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property. If the cleaning crew finds that the property has been left excessively dirty you will be billed for the additional cleaning time at a rate of $50 per hour.

10. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products or other products besides toilet paper have been flushed and clogs the plumbing system, Guest will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair.

11. Fires & Grill: Fires are allowed on the property in firepit only when the firepit is on the ground; absolutely NO fires may be burned in the house or on the property (e.g., candles, fireplace). Move grill to an open area before each use. Do not use the grill under the porch; put it back in original position and clean it after each use. A fire extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink. Check with the county to verify ongoing burn ban.

12. Personal Items: Guests will need to provide their own paper goods. An initial set up of trash liners, toilet paper (one in each bathroom), and hand soap is provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Guest (i.e., toothpaste, soap, extra toilet paper, shampoo, sunscreen, etc.).

13. Trash: No trash or other items may be left on the property or outside the front door. ALL trash must be BAGGED when placed in dumpsters located in the carport closet per the City of Bryan- College Station. There will be a $20 charge if this rule was not followed.

14. Secure the Property: Close all blinds, shades, and secure all doors and windows. Contact Booking Agent immediately should any difficulty arise in properly securing the property.

15. Events: If Guest wishes to have an event at the property, permission must be obtained from Booking Agent and Homeowner. An event fee will be added.

16. Roof: Guests are NOT allowed on the roof.

17. REMINDER: Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. The Homeowner or Booking Agent may enter the premises at any time without securing prior permission from the Guest. Any Guest who is found using illegal drugs or allows others to use illegal drugs on the premises will be immediately denied continued occupancy at these premises.
