Gamer's Day Den - Walk to Kyle Field

Aggieland awaits! Nestled in Northgate, just blocks from the Dixie Chjicken, and just one mile to Kyle Field, this 2 bed/2 bath vacation rental has been fully updated for you! Make memories playing on the vintage gaming systems (eight games to choose from), take photos before gameday in front of the custom mural wall, and enjoy a game of Connect 4 or other yard games in the fenced-in turf lawn. Enjoy easy access to everything A&M, whether by foot or the convenient bus line.

The Unit:
Within this family-friendly 980 square foot condo, you'll discover an inviting interior that exudes the essence of vintage gaming lovers.

Completely remodeled from top to bottom, Gamer's Day Den offers all the necessities as well as many premium perks. Walk in to see the living room which features a smart TV, strong Wifi, and a relaxing sofa. The game systems are yours to enjoy. The dining table is on the other side of the main floor and includes six chairs. The stylish kitchen is stocked with brand new stainless steel appliances, as well as new dishes, flatware, pots, pans, coffee maker and more. Just off the dining area are the sliding glass doors that provide a view of your turf backyard waiting to be enjoyed by your pups. Rounding out the main floor is the laundry room, which includes laundry soap and dryer sheets in case you may need to use these during your stay.

Upstairs you'll find the two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary suite includes a Queen bed with a twin trundle. There is a large closet with hangers for your gameday attire. The en suite includes a large shower and large vanity. Outside your primary suite is your stylish second bathroom, which includes all the toiletries you could need. At the end of the Mario themed hallway, is the second bedroom. It includes two full-size beds, a large closet with hangers for your Aggie gear, another smart TV, and some books and games for the kiddos.

Parking:
Guests have two assigned parking spots, C-1 and C-2, in the parking lot. If guests have additional vehicles, they can park on the street (but beware not to park in the bus stop or bike lanes). We encourage you to use the no parking area in front of the mural to take photos before game days. Keyless entry gets you through the security gate, and a different keyless code gets you into Unit C. The entire unit, including the small, fenced yard, are yours during your stay.
