« The hotel room was clean however the hallways and microwave In the Lobby was not clean. The room also did not have a fridge or microwave so if you travel with drinks or food there is no way to store them to keep cold. They did have an ice machine in the lobby. But ice only keeps food and drinks cold for so long. There is a very small microwave in the lobby which was not very clean to heat food. They had a coffee machine in the lobby but I never saw anyone use it nor did I ever see any cups,...

« I usually stay at this hotel twice a month I come in town with my family My last couple of stays have not been what it usually especially this time April 25,2026. My sink was stopped up in the bathroom. But before that I checked in at 415pm my children went to the pool about 440pm. We was there no long then 20 mins due to the CHLORINE being to strong.I notified the front desk which they told me it was salt water which I didnât believe at all because everyone left out. « The photo used for the hotel is not updated. Advertised as a non-smoking property, to be welcomed by the day time manager standing in front of the entrance smoking. The bed cover and chair in the room had cigarette âburn holesâ on them. The room was very dated and any attempt to fix, repair or update was poorly done. The TV in the room was small. The dogs on the floor in the other rooms were loud and could be heard barking down the hallway. Minimal options for breakfast. Wasnât expecting too...

« I was in the room 10 minutes before I had a roach skitter across the floor and a bed bug in the edge of my bed. I went for a refund, and they gave me grief even after I showed them pictures with my phone. They said they refunded me finally, a week later, nothing. I called them and they said they cannot refund me. Absolutely disgusting place with a bunch of crooks running the place. They lied to my face, now that I'm 5 hours away, they tell me they won't refund me. Stay away. »

So to my surprise I came back to my room and it was still not cleaned. Also the TV stop connecting to the WIFI. I called for someone and was told someone would come then told to unplug everything to see if that worked. It did not work I informed the front desk and was told someone was coming no one never came to fix the TV. No a happy camper...

The hotel is hard to find, because the sign on the street has the name in such small letters that it is easy to miss (we drove by twice before finding it). « This Hampton Inn at Westfield was wonderful! The location was safe, clean, and good for walking our dog. The hotel itself was clean and in good condition. My only complaint is the check-in process was not smooth. The person who checked me had an hard time processing the fee for our dog and âincidentalsâ for which Iâm still waiting for a refund. The next morningâs breakfast was excellent in variety, quantity, and quality. »
