« We had a truly great time at this castle. It was everything we had hoped for during our stay. The castle is updated while keeping a lot of it's original charm. Driving to it was so scenic, with tons of green rolling hills to drive through and an olive tree lined path just before you get to the castle. It is not very far from Siena. And the church bells from the clock tower were very relaxing. Highly recommended. »

« It is a very beautiful castle with lovely scenic views. We were there in June. The rooms were very spacious and nice. It is very accessible to other towns in Tuscany. The staff was very helpful throughout our stay. The only problem we had was the mosquitoes. We had our windows shut throughout the nights although a few managed to come through..otherwise everything else was great! »

« We had booked an apartment (no. 4) in Montegufoni for 2 weeks from the end of July to the beginning of August 2024. The location of the castle is very beautiful and quiet. The charm of the old castle is really charming. The staff were all very friendly. Our apartment was located outside the castle. It was 50 to 100 meters to the castle on foot. Unfortunately, the pictures in the advertisement did not show the poor condition of the apartment. It had not been renovated over the years. The...

« Cabbiavoli was the gathering place for our two week celebration with family and friends for my husband’s retirement. We were within an hour of every place we wanted to visit (Florence, Siena, Piza, Volterra) and even got to do the Cinque Terre hike, albeit a long day but so worth the two hour drive time! The train being so close made all excursions possible. Wineries are very close and within driving distance. Cabbiavoli itself is loaded with history and its grounds and views are breathtaking....

« The Castle and surroundings are stunning. The property is right next to the castle and a short walk to the pool. It had everything we needed for our 3 days whist we explored the cities of Florence, Pisa and Siena, all a short car journey away. Because of the location you definitely needed a car. "Notre séjour au Borgo Vèscine était mémorable. Superbe endroit. Tout était parfait. Le service est impeccable. Le déjeuner était vraiment fantastique et le meilleur que nous avons eu dans notre voyage. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien climatisées. La piscine est géniale aussi!"

"Sejour au calme dans un tres bel environnement vue sur la campagne toscane. Logement tres grand, belle chambre et cuisine. Parking sur place. Possibilité de diner et petit dejeuner. Il manque juste certains accessoires pour vraiment utiliser la cuisine."

Excellent hôtel à Sienne

"Excellent hôtel, cher mais la prestation est au rendez-vous, parking possible sur place en réservant ou à proximité dans les rues voisines. Chambre pour 4 très spacieuse. Petit déjeuner copieux avec des produits de très bonne qualité. Très proche du centre historique. Hôtel très calme malgré l'âge du bâtiment."

Hôtel avec du charme mais bruyant

"Hôtel dans un palais renaissance avec une conciergerie de grande qualité et très accueillante. La chambre donnait sur la rue piétonne très bruyante la nuit du samedi (familles et groupes de jeunes criant jusqu’à 5h du matin). La fenêtre n’isole pas vraiment des bruits et les bruits résonnent dans la rue. Problème de chauffage et de climatisation : il faisait 23 degrés dans la chambre et nous étions obligés d’ouvrir la fenêtre pour faire rentrer de l’air frais"
