Situated right above Lake Champlain, this cozy two bedroom showcases beautiful lake views, an electric fireplace, and outside sitting area. The beach access is just down the stairs where you can enjoy the sandy beach and fun beach toys.

Located just outside of Burlington with a 10-15 minutes to drive to restaurants, nightlife and activities making it a great spot to stay if you're looking for a night out or relaxing beachfront stay in.

Guests will have access to the whole house, parking lot, yard and beach. The stairs down to the beach are to the left of the house and are shared with the neighbors.

This space has an open living room, kitchen and dining area with both bedroom and the bathroom located upstairs. Downstairs you will find a walkout basement that leads to a beautiful sitting area/picnic table over looking the lake. Downstairs you will also find the washer and dryer.

Conveniently located off East Lakeshore Drive. Beach front neighborhood, with a busy community in the summer months. Many friendly people, and places to visit! Bayside park is across the road- large playground, minutes to Burlington's local eatery. Marina access just down the road
