« Brand new, with spacious great room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. This home is clean, nicely furnished, and stocked with all you need to cook, dine, and relax. We were able to bring our small, 7 lb dog and he slept well in his crate and went outside on his leash. Back deck and fence are not yet completed. Quiet neighborhood is a short drive to shopping or the beautiful beachside boardwalk. Homeowner responded primptly to enquiries. »

Not enough chairs to sit around dinner table, not enough kitchen accessories (i.e. Beer and wine opener, strainer, pliers), and make sure to get rid of all your garbages. Some fees may apply. Communication not so clear about that but we understood that we had to manage our waste. Recycling was free though. Except for those things, the house was confortable and big enough for 6 adults and 4 kids, very happy with the games...
