« OK, but! Bad smell of body odour as you enter the room. No real air conditioning control ( the controls are locked to limit ). Floor of bathroom damaged by repeated water splashing from the shower. Floating floor in the bathroom, which is a no no, if you care. Shower not so clean at the jonction of glass and floor. So they need to rethink the approach of customer experience!! »

« The Astoria is keeping an atmosphere of the beginning of XXth century. A great experience to sit in the (slow but comfortable) elevator or in the breakfast room. The furnitures and the decoration give you the impression that Hercule Poirot will appear suddenly to solve a mystery! On the back side, the old bathtub is not so comfortable for a shower, and the breakfast products could be of better quality. Altogether a good experience. Perfect location to explore Coimbra. »
