Entering through the beautifully crafted door, you'll find hardwood floors spread throughout the home's great room. In the open-concept kitchen, you'll find upgraded cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of lighting for easy cooking. The large kitchen island has seating for three while the dining table with seating for eight.

Round the corner on this main level to find the conveniently located half-bath. Just beyond, you'll find the primary suite with a cozy king bed, Smart TV, plenty of storage, and a warm, airy feel that will give you a quality experience. The en suite bathroom is spacious with a glass shower, vanity with seating for easy getting ready, and ample lighting. Journey up to the second level where the main living space awaits. This bright room was expertly designed around the large windows to give just enough color and texture. Make your way back down the stairs to find the lower level where a separate family space awaits with a ping-pong table and drink bar complete with a wine fridge and Keurig. McEuen Park is nearby as well, with a large play structure and splash pad for the kids, concert series in the summer, and an ice rink in the winter. Close to downtown, you'll have all the dining options you could desire from the Crafted Gastropub for casual dining, Honey Eatery and Social Club, and the Coeur d'Alene resort with its 5-star dining option, Beverly's.
