The Space:

The best location in downtown Coeur d'Alene! A completely remodeled HISTORIC indoor and outdoor space. THREE on site and off street parking spaces. (Said to be impossible downtown!) A backyard set up to host family and friends at the fire pit, bbq, corn hole game and so much more.



I personally first visited CDA ten years ago and fell in love with the downtown, forests, parks, lake and the ease of enjoying it all. Fast forward to now and I still love this place more than anything but it has become more difficult to experience it in the same way I did a decade ago.



My goal with this stay was to share that love I had experienced long ago with every visitor. Providing a place that was comfortable, modern but classic, convenient, frankly easy, charming and lovely; in a location that gives you the easiest access to CDA's famous amenities. I hope it brings your families and or friends closer and provides that vacation stay you've been looking for! We would be thrilled to host you in your visit to Coeur D'Alene and be the place that provides those moments and memories that last a lifetime! The home has three rooms and three queen beds upstairs, a bathroom on each floor, a large dining table and living room seating area in an open concept dining/living/kitchen space. It is very bright with windows on every wall and a gas fireplace that goes on with the push of a button for the perfect ambience. Multiple places to sit and enjoy that morning coffee but I suggest the seating on the wrap around porch with the morning sun and crisp air or take that quick two minute walk to the CDA Coffee Co. Or relax outside under the lights in the hot tub!

Guest Access:

Enjoy full access to the house, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, and living spaces. The only areas not accessible are the cellar and the garden shed.



The Neighborhood:

Our location puts you in the heart of the action! We're located just off the main street, offering easy access to everything Coeur d'Alene has to offer. You're steps away from McEuen Park, a local favorite for outdoor activities and events. Tubbs Hill, known for its scenic trails and breathtaking views, is also within easy reach. Explore a diverse range of restaurants and shops, all within a short walk or drive. Enjoy the convenience of being close to the best dining, shopping, and attractions Coeur d'Alene has to offer.



Getting Around:

Getting around #CDAHouseofFreedom is a breeze! You're in a prime location, walkable to almost everything downtown. For those arriving by car, we offer three off-street parking spaces, a rare find in the heart of Coeur d'Alene! Street parking is also readily available. The closest major airport is Spokane International Airport (GEG), approximately a 45-minute drive. While public transportation within Coeur d'Alene is limited, ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available for convenient travel. Explore the city with ease, knowing you have convenient parking and easy access to transportation options.



Other Things to Note:

Heads up! During the summer, McEuen Park hosts 'Live After 5' concerts on Wednesdays along with their Farmers Market down 4th St– a family-friendly event with food and live music. It's a quick 5-minute walk from the house, so you might catch the tunes! Just a heads-up about potential noise levels on those evenings. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Please note that this is a non-smoking property, and pets aren't allowed. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Enjoy your stay!
