Bungalow confortable au centre-ville — Foyer extérieur, grande terrasse, jardin clôturé et à pied des restaurants, bars et boutiques locaux !

Welcome to your Coeur d'Alene home base—where easy lake days, neighborhood strolls, and cozy nights all come together. Tucked into one of CDA's most loved lakeside neighborhoods, this pet-friendly bungalow lets you experience the town like a local, with the lake, trails, restaurants, and shops just minutes away.

Start your mornings slow—coffee on the sunny deck, a quiet walk through tree-lined streets, or a quick bike ride down to the water. Spend your days paddleboarding, swimming, or lounging at the lake, then wander into town for lunch, shopping, and that relaxed downtown energy Coeur d'Alene is known for. Whether it's Tubbs Hill hikes, Centennial Trail rides, or simply exploring at your own pace, everything is within reach.

Back at the home, the experience becomes just as memorable. The fully fenced yard is perfect for pups and kids to play freely, while afternoons are made for grilling under the red umbrella or relaxing in the shade. As the day winds down, gather around the fire pit, share stories, and enjoy that perfect “we don't have to be anywhere” feeling.

Inside, the space is warm, inviting, and designed for real comfort. The living room is ideal for movie nights after long lake days, and the fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to cook and connect. The bunk room is always a favorite for kids, while the primary bedroom offers a quiet, comfortable retreat. Thoughtful touches—like in-home laundry and AC for warm summer days—make longer stays feel effortless.

Every part of this home is about slowing down, settling in, and truly enjoying Coeur d'Alene. Whether you're here for sunshine and lake time, fall walks, or a cozy getaway with your pup, this bungalow gives you that easy, relaxed experience you'll want to come back to again and again.
