« Great time with family in this spacious house. Nice kitchen. Located close to the pool was a plus. The beach access was a short walk. A perfect place for all of us. »

« Starting with the positives, it’s nicely situated on a small inlet that is about 3 feet deep and filled with oyster cribs. It’s pretty quiet with a lot of birds. The deck is nice to sit on and relax.The rooms and beds are nice, as are the bathrooms. The living space (LR and DR) is comfortable. It has a few amenities—the kayaks and cornhole boards—that are a plus. It’s a 10-minute drive to the ferry and Fort Morgan, a 20-minute drive to town, and a 15-minute walk to the ocean. « The inside was nice, however the outside needed a LOT of repairs. The deck area and area under the house was run down and the deck lighting was knocked off the posts. The outside shower was rusted and didn’t work accurately. Lights inside also needed new light bulbs in the kitchen. It would also be nice to have cutting knives in the kitchen to use when preparing meals. There is also a hole in the floor in the master bedroom and the master bathroom closet door was ripped off the hinges. »

« My Frenchie, Baby Faith loved the huge fenced in yard. Not to mention the cute boys who came over from across the road to hug her. Enjoyed our stay. »

« Disclosure: We all loved the house, the setting, our host and the entire experience! In fact, there is not a single negative that would make our Top 100 comments. This being said, if someone is desperately seeking palatial, party areas, he or she should probably avoid Fort Morgan altogether. However, if anyone is looking for an idyllic adventure in the glories of Nature... amidst a calm, quiet, friendly community, you have found the perfect place! The house is just a few steps from the Gulf...

« Beautiful home, well equipped. Owners were very easy to deal with and communicated well with us as guest. They responded very quickly to questions before and during stay. »

« The owner was very responsive to any questions we had about the property. They also sent us suggestions of things to do around the area. We did have a couple bad storms that came through during our stay and the owner reached out to let us know of hazards in the area as well as to make sure we were safe. I highly recommend this owner and property to anyone coming to the Mobile area »
