« Love staying here! »

« Nice place to stay, a bit bright specially in the morning so it is hard to sleep beyond sunrise. Decoration a bit outdated, central lights were not working. Besides that nice place »

« The view was great. I always enjoy the Arya and Coconut Grove. This unit was well maintained. The stay was compromised by neighboring units. Maybe the walls were too thin or maybe I was just unlucky to have visitors on both sides that were audibly loud (music played too loud and too long into the night and voices heard through the wall verifying their enjoyment of their stay.) »

« Great stay! One suggestion, the noise from the people in the room next to us slamming the door kept waking me up. Maybe put a door sweep on to block light and sound or an inner door to help. »

« Very clean room. Great location, and staff was very friendly, and helpful. »

« Clean room, very responsive host. Great building. »

« Perfect location and property to enjoy Coconut Grove and greater Miami. Plenty of space, beautiful views, easy parking, privacy, and the host is highly responsive and kind. »

« This hotel was great! The pool, workout room and cleanliness stood out. However, the vinyl flooring was so dirty it made our feet black from walking on it so a good mopping could be helpful. The patio and views from it were amazing! It’s walking distance to a few parks and the bay as well as food and entertainment. Pretty much all of the restaurants nearby are really fancy so bring your nice attire and lots of money! Overall great stay and would definitely return. »

« Very nice stay, everything mentioned on the description of the studio had everything I needed, and the view was absolutely beautiful I really enjoyed it. It was also very spacious and comfortable for my stay. Would definitely stay here again in the future. »

« Clean accommodations and close to restaurants »

« Everything was seamless and our stay was perfect. Lorelei is the best host I’ve had and I’ve stayed at countless properties. She was responsive and helpful, and went out of her way to make our stay the best! The unit is in a great hotel with friendly staff and a wonderful little restaurant. Parking came with our rental and we chose to use valet, which was easy and convenient. Fantastic host and great property in a very safe and walkable area! I would love to stay here again! »

« This is a charming one bedroom condo in the heart of Coconut Grove. It is lovely, clean and spacious and has every amenity you might want. The view of the water from both the living room and the bedroom is outstanding. The hotel itself is charming and everyone is very helpful and friendly. I will definitely make sure to book this stay again on my next visit! »

« Beautiful relaxing getaway. Close to many restaurants and shops »
