« L'endroit est très bien placé, le logement assez grand et pratique (cuisine complète), l'accueil gentil, chaleureux et généreux (serviettes de plage, café, shampoing, prêt de planches de surf, etc.). Le cadre est vraiment très beau, et l'accès direct à la plage très appréciable. A savoir pour ceux qui comme moi voyagent uniquement avec bagages à main : il n'y a pas de lave-linge sur place (laverie à quelques kilomètres). Sinon tout est parfait ! »

« We ABSOLUTELY loved this house! Our pups loved the backyard and we adored the screened in porch for coffee in the mornings and mixed drinks the evenings. The kitchen and laundry were well equipped and the house was just so homey overall. We ended up extending our trip a couple days and if would have had my way....we would never have left. We will DEFINITELY be coming back and will look for Evolve properties every time we travel! Cindy was great to work with and we had no complaints...I still...

« This was the perfect little space for our family. The cottage has a nice size bedroom for my husband and myself and the 2 teenagers took over the sofa bed. The kitchen was a nice size and the bathroom had a very nice large shower. We spent most of our time at the local beaches (just a short drive) and exploring the area. The art district was a very easy walk with some nice little shops! The hosts and their family were absolutely wonderful! »

« Location was great. It is within 2/3 miles of every restaurant you might want. After a couple weeks, we learned how to get around without using New Haven. The TV and internet were excellent. Small, but good for the two of us. Stove and fridge were a nice convenience. Property owners provide all necessities prior to and during stay. I would give it a 5 star, but mattress and doors need replacement as well as some window treatments. »

« This place was adorable and perfect for what we were looking for. We were able to catch the sunrise each morning with a short walk across the street. The area of beach across the street was never busy, and there is a surf shop half a block away. We will be coming back. »

« Le chalet est extraordinaire, excellente situation, bord de mer à quelques encablures et commerces tous proches. Juste deux petits détails, la propreté serait à améliorer ainsi que les ustensiles de cuisine, nous avons du acheter nos propres poêles ! Une photo également n’explique pas que la machine à laver et le sèche linge sont dans une chambre (pas pratique à cause du bruit) . Enfin, la piscine mériterait d’être couverte afin d’éviter d’être sale au moindre coup de vent. »

« The perfect cottage, close to all the fun and excitement and of course the beach ⛱️. The cottage provided all the necessities of home, they thought of every little thing to make your stay complete. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Coca Beach. »

« Great for family travel - if you have a baby/young toddler definitely beneficial as the property provides some essential big items for day to day life. If you have older kids/teens the screen room is also definitely helpful as they tend to want to sit out there and give you some peace and quiet. Overall great stay, clean, and plenty of room for my family of 5. »
