Not looking to bash but other families should be aware that apparently the sole elevator goes out very frequently according to people who live there. Since there is no trash chute you have to bring up and walk down all food and trash. Out of our 9 days elevator was out for 4. Overall painful process but building is old. On a positive note, the proximity of beach and pool are great, and use of garage is helpful for beach stuff, but that elevator is more than painful.

Firstly, communication with Daniel both before and during our stay was great and quick. Location is amazing - ocean facing deck. Easy access to beach or pool. Lots of amenities nearby within walking distance or a quick drive.The condo is a bit dated and the small challenges mentioned by others about the outlets was well known before arriving (no issues). It had everything we needed, and as advertised, there were starter items (TP, paper towel, initial dishwasher & laundry pod, etc) and we had to purchase the little things (coffee filters, S&P, etc). There was a "junk drawer" closet of various beach items (chairs, umbrella, boogey boards) - most things were useable. The arrival binder (providing information to new clients) should be updated to remove old and overlapping information, but it had everything we needed. Overall - we were VERY satisfied with the condo/location. We would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely consider it again if in the area in the future.

Property grounds & pool will not disappoint! Unfortunately, the condo was not clean & in need of repairs. Throw rug in LR was disgusting, hard floor embedded with dirt, moldy air vent in kitchen & we encountered 2 big cockroaches and 1 worm. Counter had microscopic bugs. Outdoor chairs were gross and dilapidated, you fell right through. Ceiling fan was dusty, coffee cups & dishes were put away dirty. We hand washed A few cups & plates in HOT water kept to them only.To be fair, beds were comfortable, however sheets were ROUGH along with towels. Washer and dryer work great and condo definitely has a gorgeous view. Decor is depressing, all old/dark and artificial plants were dusty and blinds were broke. All beach supplies are left by guests which maybe should be thrown away and not shown in pictures which makes guests think beach supplies are available during the stay. I would definitely stay at this address again but NOT this condo. view. Couch very wornview.

The property and condo were super clean. Plenty of room for the two of us. Great view of the beach. The property manager called me back right away when I text her a question. She was very nice and super helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed a week during spring break 2024! Great view. Beach was not crowded. Building well maintained. Actual condo needed some major TLC but would stay again! Great location to anything you need, groceries, exercise, shopping, dining out, adventures, cycling, dog parks, etc. Points of improvement- Building parking was average, extended parking on grass ( difficult to pull luggage on though). The ONLY Elevator was also out of order during our stay & we were on 4th floor, but we managed, just not ideal especially for older people. GLASS Shower door fell off, needs fixed asap (previous renters have also reported this).

So many positives about this condo. #1 is the view! The balcony had a perfect view of the beach and the coastline. Located in a quieter area of Cocoa Beach, it had uncrowded beaches, grocery stores, restaurants, and less touristy busineses nearby. This unit had a garage, and it was nice to have a designated place for the car. Easy to get into both the unit and garage. Building has both an elevator and steps. The complex is tidy and clean, with a great pool and easy beach access. The unit itself is a nice size, and is very clean! There's a game closet with games, puzzles, and books. The furnishings are dated, but look nice. However, the sofa and chairs aren't supportive & aren't great if you're older. Balcony chairs were also not great. They are sling chairs with cushions that have seen better days. The balcony and view are money-makers, and some better seating would bring return guests. The overall feel was that of staying at grandma's place but without the cozy feel. There were no dishtowels or dishcloths in the kitchen, the rugs and towels seemed old, the bath mats were just big enough for my feet to fit on them, there is no table in the master bedroom which gave no place to put the phone/alarm. It's an older building, so electrical outlets were scarce. Many of them have adapters, and one sparked when we tried to use it. One shower door was not fully attached, so it swung freely, which could be a safety hazard. A decent unit in need of TLC/easy fixes.

Unit could use some updating to the furnishings all around. Somewhat outdated. One of the outlets didn't work, lamp in living room was iffy electrically. Couldn't figure out if some of the light switches worked or for what. Location was good and felt quite safe. Would probably go to this area again but possibly not this particular unit.

Terrific ocean front condo with great view from deck to watch beach activity, cruise ships come and go, and rocket launches. Watch sunrise from primary bedroom king size bed. Clean and comfortable condo. Would definitely stay here again.

Property provided a truly relaxing space. Clean comfortable and easy booking process allows you to just enjoy your time. Balcony overlooking the ocean was great for morning coffee and evening kick up your feet after a great beach day. Grounds are well maintained and provide a friendly environment.
