With a comfortable layout, beach-close location, and great community amenities, it’s a perfect fit for families, couples, or a small group looking for a relaxed Space Coast getaway.



The condo sleeps up to 4 guests with a queen bed in the primary bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom.



Spend your downtime enjoying Windrush’s outdoor pool, hot tub/jacuzzi, sauna, tennis court, small gym, and community center. After the beach, rinse off at the outdoor shower, then relax on your private patio with outdoor seating, perfect for morning coffee or winding down in the evening.



Inside, the kitchen includes a dishwasher for easy cleanup, so you can spend less time on chores and more time enjoying Cocoa Beach. You’ll be close to local restaurants, surf shops, beach access, and the laid-back energy that makes this area a favorite. Kennedy Space Center is also a short drive away, and rocket launches can make your stay even more memorable if one lines up with your trip.



Guests have one assigned parking spot, with additional guest parking available on a first-come, first-served basis.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the home. You'll receive a unique door code prior to arrival, which will activate at check-in time for easy, contactless entry.



Your Guest Portal will include your door code, Wi-Fi details, parking information, and other helpful stay information, all in one convenient place. If you have any questions or need assistance during your stay, our Guest Services team is always available.



The Neighborhood:

Windrush Condominiums sits along North Atlantic Avenue, one of Cocoa Beach's main coastal corridors, placing guests within easy reach of the beach, surf shops, and a solid lineup of casual seafood spots and local eateries. The stretch has a relaxed, no-frills Florida beach town feel — think flip-flops and fish tacos rather than resort formality. It's a great fit for families, beach lovers, and anyone using Cocoa Beach as a launching pad for Kennedy Space Center visits or Port Canaveral excursions.



Getting Around:

A personal vehicle the most convenient option for getting around. The beach is walkable in about 4 minutes, and most Cocoa Beach restaurants and shops along North Atlantic Avenue are easily reachable on foot or by bike. Ride-share services like Uber and Lyft operate in the area for evenings out or day trips to Kennedy Space Center, roughly 30 minutes north.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

• Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

PLEASE NOTE:

• Mailbox access is not available for guests

• All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.

• Some amenities may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, weather, HOA requirements, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Florida's warm climate means insects, lizards, geckos, and other local wildlife are occasionally seen. The property is professionally serviced, but encounters with local wildlife are a normal part of the environment.

• To ensure a comfortable environment for all guests, including those with allergies, we maintain a strictly PET-FREE PROPERTY

• The unit comes with one assigned parking spot that is guaranteed . Guess booking is available however it is first come first serve. Oversized vehicles or trailers cannot be accommodated.

• Please be aware that the Pool, Hot tub, Sauna, Tennis Court, Beach Access, Gym is a shared space.

• This is a second-floor condo in a community setting, so some natural sounds and occasional nearby foot traffic may be heard during your stay.
