« Can't beat it! The house is amazing and from Tim to Reyna to the concierge team, everything was perfect. Communication was great and it was so nice seeing Reyna's bright smile every morning. We spent every evening watching the sunset in the pool with a cocktail, it was breathtaking. We enjoyed having dinner on the patio and lounging on the hammock. « Leading up to the visit, sent a few questions which were answered promptly. A few days before arrival, we got the email with instructions. Got to the Pacifico, beautiful. Entry was smooth and the house is as described. There is construction being done door, but not disturbing in any way. Likely next year will have a new building. The house is 3 storey high. Main entrance w garage and 1 bedroom on lower floor, 2 bedrooms on 2nd floor and then the kitchen and living room is on the 3rd floor....

« View from this property is stunning and sunset views from the top pool deck were beautiful. The house was very clean, had all the amenities we needed and was everything we were looking for. Restaurants and beach were a short drive and walk away. We did walk a couple of times to the beach and town but we would consider getting golf carts next time for the convenience ...and to avoid the walk back up in the hill in the heat. »

« The property was great. The property manager, Nuria was great and very helpful. Everything was clean and both bath and beach towels were provided. The home has a washer and dryer, which came in handy. One opportunity for improvement are the bedroom doors. They rub on the floor and some of them do not latch. A handyman could correct that easily. « Lovely place right on the beach. Feels like a very Costa Rican place with beautiful outdoor lounging areas, lots of space inside, and a great location. As other reviews have mentioned, some locals will use the grass in front of the property for picnics but our experience was they were all very friendly. One guy even came back the next day to remove their garbage. We will definitely be coming back. »
