"The Proper is an incredible hotel, featuring wonderful décor—especially in the lobby—with a real eye for furniture selection. The penthouse includes a restaurant and a small swimming pool offering stunning skyline views. The fitness room is well equipped, and the valet service is excellent, with cars parked very close to the hotel, ensuring no delay in retrieving your vehicle at any hour. Areas for improvement: Access to the swimming pool could be better, particularly during lunch and dinner times, as you currently have to pass through dining tables to reach it. The swimming pool could be warmer, as it tends to be quite cold in the mornings. The immediate neighborhood is not the most pleasant in town."
