Pool is typically open year round, and is not heated. The nightly rate during the colder months is typically lower to take this into consideration. The pool is professionally serviced every week. Please note that the pool is surrounded by nature, so leaves and other debris may fall in from time to time in between servicing it. This does not mean the pool is dirty. The hot tub is available year round!

The home has central heating and A/C throughout that was installed April 2022. The upstairs master bedroom and lower back bedroom have their own Mini Split Heating and A/C units!

To protect the home when vacant, there are EXTERIOR ONLY security cameras on the at the home.

The maximum of the home, INCLUDING infants, is 16.

Early check-in and late checkouts are usually unavailable. This includes luggage and grocery drop-offs. Please kindly plan your grocery shopping/traveling around the 4 PM check-in time (you can check in after that as late as you would like). If you need to check in early or check out late, we strongly recommend booking an additional night on the front end or back end of your stay. This will allow you to check in as early or check out as late as you need. Most homes up here have a 10AM checkout. We do 11AM to give you extra time. Our housekeepers and cleaning inspectors work all over the mountains, and timing is usually tight.

California Highway Patrol may require chains and/or 4 wheel drive with snow tires during winter and spring months. Please prepare accordingly.Unfortunately, no refunds can be given for guest's lack of vehicle preparation.

Due to the high demand of this property, and the amount of inquiries it gets across different booking platforms, the cancellation policy will always be upheld. We STRONGLY recommend purchasing some type of travel insurance to protect your vacation investment from unforeseen circumstances that may prevent you from making your trip. It's a nominal cost that can absolutely pay off!

After booking, the rental agreement displayed at checkout will also be sent for E-sign to the email on file. Kindly E-sign this within 48 hours after you make your booking to finalize your reservation.
