Located just 20 miles from the south entrance of Yosemite, and 12 miles from Bass Lake, this home can serve as a great home base for a very large group to explore all the area has to offer.

Both homes are mainly all on one level, with a small step down in the main house. Each home is on their own Wifi network as well! The homes are situated just 25 feet from one another, giving you some privacy for each home while also keeping everyone close together.

Main House (4 bedroom, 3.5 bath)

Master w/ en suite bathroom- One King Bed, 3 Futons (sleeps 5 total)
Bedroom #2- One bunk bed** with two twins, one single bed (sleeps 3 total)
Bedroom #3- One Queen Bed, One rollaway bed (sleeps 3 total)
Bedroom #4- One Queen Bed w/ en suite bathroom (sleeps 2)
Bathroom #3 is in a common area
The half bathroom is located near the kitchen

Guest House (3 bedroom, 2 bath)

Master w/ en suite bathroom- One Queen Bed (sleeps 2)

Bedroom #3- Two Twin Beds with Twin Trundle Bed (sleeps 3)

Please note that the futons are best suited for children or small adults. The rollaway beds can be placed wherever you would like.

**Due to California Worker's Compensation restrictions, the top bunk will not be made by housekeeping, but fresh bedding will absolutely be provided for it!
