This nearly two-acre property is quiet and serene, with a swing nestled among the manzanita trees and quail, turkeys, deer, fox, and even the occasional black bear passing through. Despite its secluded feeling, the house is only four miles from dining and shopping in Oakhurst, less than seven miles from Bass Lake, and 20 miles from the south entrance to Yosemite.

As you return from your daily excursions, you'll be greeted by an open, single-level living space full of natural light. At its center is a great room with floor-to-ceiling windows, glass doors, and a mounted smart TV. Through the glass doors is a tree-lined deck where you can barbecue on summer days with a view of the mountains. Back inside, find a beautifully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including a French-door refrigerator, and a dishwasher), a dining room table for eight with inlay detailing, and an adjacent family room with a wood-burning stove.

The four bedrooms include a primary suite with its own bathroom and a walk-in closet, a guest suite with a private bathroom, and a room ideal for children with a crib. Among the home's other family-friendly features are a changing table, a high chair, a booster seat, a selection of books and toys, and a laundry room for your convenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
