Welcome to our beautiful space!we offer 10% discount on one week of booking . We also have a 35% discount for monthly bookings 30 days and up . This is the perfect place for families or small groups!

Our space features a primary room with a queen bed, Room 2 and 3 both have double twin beds, and Room 4 has a king bed. There is also 2 pullout sofas in the living room for additional sleeping space. One queen Air mattress is available in the walking closet of the master bedroom .

Please note, the desert can become extremely windy. For your safety, please close umbrellas when not in use and overnight. Pets are allowed as we are pet lovers ourselves. A $200 pet deposit is required, per pet`s stay, Please let us know in advance if you will be bringing a pet.

No cats allowed on property .

We understand that early check-in or late check-out may be needed, and we will try to accommodate these requests upon availability. An early check-in fee of $75 and a late check-out fee of $75 may apply. Whenever possible, we ask that guests start a load of pool towels in the washing machine, dispose of their trash in the designated area, and start a load in the dishwasher before checking out. This helps our cleaning team, who have additional duties to complete following CDC guidelines.

Guests have access to the entire home and backyard during their stay. We ask that you please respect our wonderful neighbors and the surrounding area.

Please note our strict cancellation policy for festivals such as Coachella weekend 1 and 2, and Stagecoach. Reservations are non-refundable after booking. Thank you for understanding.
