POOL HEATING
Hot Tub: Enjoy the warmth at 102 degrees at no additional cost.

Pool Heating: Experience the luxury of a heated pool for an additional fee (rates vary depending on season, inquire for more details).

Feel free to request heating for the pool or hot tub at any time, whether weeks in advance or on the day of your stay. Depending on the season, please note the following approximate heating times:

Pool Heating: 8 to 12 hours to reach a comfortable 80 degrees.

Hot Tub Heating: 40-50 minutes to reach a soothing 102 degrees.

Let us know your preferred temperature, and if you'd like adjustments during your stay. Please be aware that only one can be heated at a time. For optimal enjoyment, we recommend advance notice. This way, we can heat the pool in the morning for a refreshing dip and switch to the hot tub in the afternoon for a relaxing unwind. We're here to ensure your stay is as delightful as possible!


PETS
We warmly welcome pets! Please note that there is an additional daily charge for furry friends. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions or if there's anything specific you'd like to arrange for your pet's comfort during your stay. SMOKING
This is a non-smoking house. While you are welcome to smoke outside, we strictly prohibit smoking indoors. Smoking odors can be challenging to eliminate, affecting the experience for subsequent guests.

In the event that smoking odor is detected after your check-out, a fee of $150 will be incurred. This fee covers the additional steps we must take to ensure a fresh and pleasant environment for our future guests.
