« Very neat and clean house. Lots of unique art in the house. Great breakfast with many choices. Only 1 mile from hospital if you need a overnight room. Highly recommended and cheaper than the area hotels. »

« Cet hôtel a surement connu de meilleurs jours. On croirait qu'ils n'y font plus d'entretien depuis un bon bout de temps: meubles brisés, nouvelle peinture vraiment nécessaire et le ménage est fait au strict minimum. L'endroit paraissait bien sur les photos ( peut-être photos avant COVID) et le prix etait correct mais c'est vraiment mediocre! Cherchez un autre hebergement! »

« The staff member Virginia was was really really rude and unprofessional and she always has a bad attitude she should not be working there 😠 she has been very difficult and disrespectful as far as the other staff members which is Ashley and the cleaning lady they are very sweet very nice the property is very awesome the gym definitely needs to be worked on they need to fix the treadmill because it's not powering on the laundry is awesome the rooms are the best »

« Staff was really helpful and efficient! Lobby and elevators were welcoming and appeared clean. Two-star review is for condition of the room. Although the bedsheets were clean, it smelled like stale cigarettes — kept waking up throughout the night because the smell was so nauseating. It felt like that smell was ingrained over years and it was IN everything — the carpet, the upholstery, the curtains — no amount of daily room service would have been able to rid the smell. The room itself was tidy...

« Staff was friendly. Rooms are a little outdated but the elevators had signs about updates coming. Room could have been cleaner (dirty shower, stains on comforter, hairs on bed) »
