Beautiful one of a kind, fully loaded Camelot condo at Peek 'n Peak resort. Great
for family and/or friend getaway any time of the year. This 2nd floor unit is a short walk to the Lodge’s pool, spa, aerial courses, mini-golf, chair lift rides, and other Mountain Adventures. In winter season, convenient location right next to lift #8. Please take note that there is a staircase to our condo unit.

Living Space:
With no winding staircase, this Camelot condo is a unique 2-story condo with a traditional staircase; making it easier for family members to access the upstairs living space.

1st floor:
- Fully loaded kitchen
- Dining area
- Living room w/ a cozy gas fireplace
- Master suite w/ Queen bed and private full bath
- Full bath in the entryway
- Washer/dryer
- Access to private patio
- Private storage unit outside the main front door for your skis/snowboards and/or summer gear

2nd floor:
- Bedroom #2 (Adventure Room) located in loft with 2 full-sized beds
- Bedroom #3 (The Lake Room) Guest suite with full-sized bed and updated private bath.

In the winter seasons, this unit is efficiently heated top to bottom using the gas fireplace while in the summer, it is equipped with multiple A/C units.

Bonus: This unit has acoustic wall paneling to help decrease noise from other units; making it a quieter space to enjoy time with your family/friends.

Winter Season:
- During ski season, enjoy 27 groomed slopes and trails with 8 chairlifts. Snow tubing and cross country skiing are also available.
- Other activities include ice fishing at nearby Findley Lake.

Spring, Summer and Fall:
- Enjoy a championship golf course
- Steps away from the Aerial Adventure park with ziplining, and Segway guided tours through acres of scenic trails.
- Other activities can include visiting surrounding areas: Lake Chautauqua, Findlay Lake, Erie, PA (Lake Erie beaches), Waldameer Amusement Park, Splash Lagoon indoor waterpark, hiking trails and more.
- Live bands on the weekends at Bistro 210 and The Sports Bar (Winter)

Looking for a quieter experience?
- Start your morning with your cup of coffee or your favorite book on your private patio
- Take a walk across the street on the former lower golf course trail
- Check out the Spa, hot tub, or sauna at the Main Lodge (extra costs/fees apply)
- Shop local shops at Findlay Lake for unique finds (Candle Shop, Toast, Secret Cubby)
- Take a ride on Ski Lift #8. Ride up/down and enjoy the view


Peek 'n Peak Resort Amenities:
Condo is a quick walk to the main lodge where you will find the Indoor/Outdoor communal pools with an Indoor/Outdoor hot tub. Other amenities include outdoor water slide, sauna, tennis courts, indoor basketball court, fitness center, Spa, miniature golf, and more. **Extra fees associated with all of these**. Check the resort website for prices and more information. The Peek charges us (homeowners) and our guests $15 (adult) $10 (children under 11) Sunday - Thursday & $25 (adult) $12 (children under 11) Friday - Saturday to use their pool facilities.

Other mentions:
- Kitchen also includes coffee maker, blender, toaster, plates, bowls, cups, silverware, kids plates/cups/silverware (set of 4), dish soap, paper towels, highchair, pack 'n play, pots/pans, cooking utensils, ice maker, wine/bottle openers (isn't this what you always want to know!).
- Bathroom towels and bed linens provided.

Outdoor pavilion area with green space for yard games, picnic tables, charcoal grill (need bring your own charcoal) and fire pit area (firewood provided behind shed).Please note the indoor pavilion area is for homeowners only and is unfortunately not accessible to guests.

Outdoor/yard games available at the condo. Kan Jam, Pickleball set, Spikeball. We also have a beach bag that includes some pool toys and a small portable speaker.

We loved our stay here! We came with another family and had four kids total. The loft room was perfect for the kids and the other two bedroom suites were perfect for the adults. The condo is spacious and has everything you need. We loved the location - we were able to walk everywhere (ski lifts, dinner, pool). We would love to come back and visit sometime!

Great stay! 3 adult couples for a extended weekend stay. Great communications with Chris & Kim leading up and during the stay...very quick response time. Thank you. Townhouse has lots of room for 6 adults. Being at the base of the hill is the preferred location at the resort. Pool, spa and hotel within walking distance from the townhouse. Golf on the upper level is a quick drive away and the course is in great shape. Highly recommend this townhouse.

Property met our every need for our weekend stay. Only a few minor issues. Didn't realize there would be so many steps to get up to the unit. One of our party has cancer which has affected his walking ability. It was a bit of a struggle for him to manage all the steps. Just be aware that there are roughly 30 steps from the parking area to the unit. Also, had a hard time getting the attachment that contained the check-out instructions in the messages that were sent by the owner. Took a couple times to finally get it. Seemed to be an issue with the VRBO messaging system. Would have been nice if the document was there in the unit. Also, some instructions about the TV remote would have been helpful. I never could get it to work the way my Spectrum remote works back home. As I said, for us, these were minor issues. I would recommend this unit and would stay here again myself.

The condo was cozy, well furnished, and spacious enough for a family of 7. Being within walking distance of the lodge made it very convenient to go back and forth throughout the day allowing for skiing/snowboarding from opening to closing. The kitchen had all the necessary cooking utensils which allowed us to prepare our planned menu without issues. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks for the wonderful Holiday break!
