« Room was clean, we stayed in the lodge, so could park the car directly outside our room. Very dog friendly hotel, bar has a good selection of beers and wines,food was excellent. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

« An absolute gem situated very closely to Hay. The Agents House is the perfect getaway if you want a relaxing stay with an opportunity to adventure nearby.
Great hosts, brilliant breakfasts, and a cute cat companion. »

« The hosts are helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable, with a great view, and a private bathroom close by. There was a kettle in the room, with tea, coffee, fresh milk and drinking water. The dining room is quite grand, with another excellent view. We could help ourselves to fruit, juice and yogurt, the bread had just been made, and the cooked part of the breakfast was also excellent. Parking is next to the house, well away from the road. We will be back if we stay in the area again. »

« We had a lovely relaxing weekend break. Such a beautiful and peaceful location. Chris and Tracey were very warm and welcoming. The cake was a nice surprise. We took our dog, and he really enjoyed himself. The rooms are all large so plenty of room for him to lie down, and we had the use of a field to walk him in. »

« The wifi is not great. So if you are planning to have some office work, I recommend take 5G device with you. Vodafone 4G worked for us but if you sit near the window.
The cottage is nice and as advertised. However, 2 things don't do in its favor: 1) The cottage is surrounded by amazing view but the cottage itself has no view ( the windows open to the street and house opposite). It is bit boring if you plan to spend day inside or on rainy day.
2) The Clun itself has nothing much except for...

« Beautiful character with original features and plenty of space for a large group. The hot tub overlooking the stunning setting was the icing on the cake. Would thoroughly recommend. »
