« I stayed here with my family for a night and overall a good experience. I’ll stay with the good and then opportunities. The hotel itself, the room and property were clean. The staff was friendly. They offer free breakfast which always appreciated. The parking conditions are great and it’s free. Much appreciated. On the flip side, the toilet got clogged as we were there. I called front desk and was told to go get a plunger since there wasn’t anyone in staff that could do anything about it. I...

« Loved that the property is pet friendly but there was no light in the back of the property where there is a dog area. »

« The girl at the desk was very nice and thorough. The facility itself was not in great shape and that was disappointing. Breakfast was limited. The lighting in the bathroom was terrible and we felt like the room was not in great condition. The area around the hotel was decent and we felt safe. »

« Room could have been cleaner in a few detailed areas (stickiness on hard flooring, random shard of latex on bedroom lamp). There was a non-working phone by the bed when trying to contact staff to ask for replacement for broken hair dryer, and the bathroom sink drained very slowly. But the suite layout and furnishings were nice and the housekeeping staff were very helpful and friendly. « The only issue that we had was being woken at 6:00in the morning by the sound of boxes being thrown on the floor. We had a room next to the kitchen pantry. Well it was truck delivery day and so while we were sleeping the staff was unloading breakfast supplies outside in the hallway. Make sure you ask for a room that is not close to the kitchen. »

« Un séjour vraiment agréable ! L’hôtel coche toutes les cases : personnel aux petits soins, emplacement parfait, et une atmosphère chaleureuse qui donne envie de revenir. Seul petit nuage dans ce ciel bleu : le parking, annoncé gratuit, s’est finalement révélé payant (40$ pour 7 jours). Rien de dramatique, mais un petit détail qui mériterait d’être clarifié à la réservation. Mis à part ça, c’était top ! »
