« Enjoyed our stay at Banana Bay , and grateful of the discounted upgrade. Made our stay more memorable. The staff were all kind and respectful throughout our visit. »

« Low season and low occupancy so excellent time to be there. Yapak is good area to be away from the masses and the hotel does its best to put on a fair shuttle service into Station 2. Highly recommend the transport assistance from port or airport offered by the hotel. Food was good but the general area lacks many options but I expect that was down to low season. You soon learn to eat out or use the hotel cafe or tuck shop. »

« Nice clean and quiet room not so far from loudy station 2..very friendly and polite staff and yummie breakfast »

« What they call their luxury room was a very noisy room next to the reception counter. Every morning at 8am started construction work with guys hammering on metal 5 meters outside our window, even on Sunday. Some staff members should not work in hospitality for lack of proper manner and politeness. Next door are 2 hotels blasting stupid music over dinner, so dinner options were slim in the area. Beach is really nice in front of the hotel. In summary, you have what used to be a nice hotel but...

« Great reagaurant in the firat floor, amazing access to the beach and fantastic service minded staff ! »

« Room rate is too high for this tired room. Bedding is not even average which is not acceptable for this category. Same for the unexpected chemical fruit juice the morning in this sunny country! Appart from that, the staff is really friendly and helpfull and food was good. The pool is great and the location on the beach perfect! This resort is already a "great" place where to stay in Boracay but I would have expected "amazing" for that price. »
