« Nous avons fait une halte à Port Talbot en revenant de Portmeirion au Pays de Galles. Nous sommes arrivés tardivement le restaurant de l'hôtel nous pouvait plus nous prendre mais le bar assurait un service de restauration. Avec un personnel aussi aimable qu'accueillant, nous avons dîné en famille au bar. La chambre était spacieuse et la literie au top. Nous avons bénéficié d'un petit-déjeuner complet le lendemain matin et de la piscine jusqu'au check-out. »

« The hotel was nice, but the checkin was quite a pain. I booked via expedia.fr and within a few hours they send le an email since they didnt ubderstood sole french. So i specifically told them i booked a "2 single beds" room. When i arrived with my colleague, they gave us a "1 double bed" room. We went back to the lobby and happily changed the room. « Probably this hôtel has seen better days but it is actually well maintained, besides some scratches in the carpets and broken screws. The façade is currently being renovated. It is very well located in Swansea and easy to find It was quite empty so rather calm when we were here. The plus is definetly the extra super friendly and helpful staff. « Incredibly clean room and washing facilities. The host was always happy to help. Some of my clothes were wrinkly so I asked to borrow an iron, and she had one on hand right away. I also really appreciated the little mini fridge in the room. The location is incredible and right near the city’s center. »
