« Kitchen table with 5 chairs were the only place to sit in the house. The a/c unit in the kitchen window did not cool the place. The area/town smelled musty & moldy. The house smelled musty as well. The ceiling fan looked like it was going to fall to the floor. Very dated. Cobwebs on windows. One of the florescent lights in the kitchen did not work so it was dark near cooking surfaces. Two members of our party have asthma and we did not feel comfortable staying due to possible health risks....

« Very clean and beautifully modernized space with tons of windows for lots of natural light. In a great location if you want to be near to the river, cute downtown Guerneville and the Armstrong redwoods. We really enjoyed the applesauce bread and strawberries the owner left for us. While the microwave randomly broke on us, the owner was so thoughtful and Doordashed us a new one later that day.
