« This property is very across the street from the beach with a private entrance. The complex was quiet and good for relaxing between beach visits. The expected cleaning procedure from the guest is a bit over the top in my opinion, considering the overall price and the expectation that they clean it anyway. Additionally, they charged me extra to fulfill my request to check in early, even though the unit was ready. Not a huge deal, but just not the most hospitable. Overall, I would stay here again. »

« I wish I could brag about the Palms but we were a bit disappointed with our stay. The room itself was great however we had to smell weed from the neighbors every time we walked out the door. Also, there is only one pool that is heated and it was always over capacity. Don’t count on the shuttle during spring break as it was always booked and not dependable. We won’t return on spring break, but not because of the room it was perfect! »

« Overall, we enjoyed our stay. However, it should be more clear that the main pool at the resort is not heated. Also, the unit was missing some basic items like potholders, Kleenex, salt and pepper, etc.. also the trundle bed is really more for small kids/toddlers. I would not rent this unit again since I have two teens one ended up sleeping on the couch the whole time because the trundle bed is way too small. »
