Apartment in the Heart of Historic Clinton

Keyless entry into the upstairs apartment, this two bed, one bath is in downtown Olde Towne Clinton Historic District and .4 miles to MS College. The building has lots of old time charm, but the apartment has been renovated. It includes original hardwood floors, private front porch, free wifi, and a living room with a smart TV. A full-size washer and dryer. It is walkable to all of the excellent restaurants downtown! Plenty of parking in the back. Very close to major roads!

We provide you with a starter pack of items for the house. We do not provide restock items.

You have access to the mailbox and can receive mail. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen mail or packages.

**Guest is required to sign a Rental Agreement. Security Hold $200. Hold to be processed by Host on Guest's Credit Card. See Listing and Rental Agreement for details. Min age is at least 24 Years of Age.**

You can access the apartment with the smart lock on the back door which is up the stairs in the rear of the corner building. Your code is sent in the welcome letter two days before your reservation date via email.

We do have some rules in place:

Four max people allowed to stay in the property. No one is allowed to sleep on the couch.
No smoking in our property - $500 charge if we find evidence of smoking including the smell of smoke in the property.
No events or parties. You will not be refunded for your stay if you have a party and are asked to leave early. There may be up to a $1,000 charge for any clean-up or broken, destroyed, or stained items.
No pet is permitted on the property nor visiting animals. We will charge an additional $150 per animal if you bring in an additional animal into the property. If you bring an animal you claim is a service animal but does not fit the ADA's requirements, we will report you and there can be a penalty up to $1,000 and up to 6 months in jail. We take this very seriously.

MAINTENANCE AND ISSUES: Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, internet, appliances, plumbing, and the television.
