* Your privacy is respected, but support is always just a message away.
* This house sits in a quiet residential neighborhood. This house is NOT for parties,
large gatherings, or events. If a guest violates the house rules and allows
unauthorized guests, everyone will be removed from the property without a refund.
* Contactless check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a door code for
entry/exit will be provided.
*This home has been lovingly curated for out-of-town guests! We love to host
guests who have previously stayed in short-term rentals and earned favorable
reviews.
* Please note that we do not cater to guests who live in the area and are looking for
an alternate venue for their affairs or events. While we appreciate your interest in our
property, we reserve the right to decline such guests.
* Please advise us of any allergies or sensitivities ahead of time so we can better
prepare for your reservation.
* The rental rate does not include a daily housekeeping service. The unit is
thoroughly cleaned and inspected before check-in. Mid-stay cleaning services are
available for longer stays for an additional fee.
* Extended Stays (30+ Nights)
For stays of 30 to 59 nights, a non-refundable $500 insurance fee is required. This fee is collected separately after booking and helps cover additional insurance requirements associated with extended stays.
* Upon check-out, please ensure excess trash is placed in the large receptacles at
the side of the house.
** RULES AND GUIDELINES **
*We ask guests to enjoy and treat our home with the same love and respect as they
treat their own home.
*For the comfort of all present and future guests, smoking and large gatherings or
parties are not permitted inside the house. (if you break this rule, you will be asked to
leave by the host).
*Moving or rearranging furniture within the property is strictly prohibited. Our team
has carefully designed the layout for optimal functionality and aesthetics. This rule is
in place to maintain the property's condition and to prevent potential damage.
* Undeclared guests in the reservation are not allowed inside the property.
* STRICT QUIET HOURS 10 PM - 7 AM " Especially Outdoor"
* Damage to property will incur the following
- Smoking remediation $500 (minimum)
- Pets cleanup $500-$1000 (minimum) depending on the severity
- Party cleanup $750 (minimum)
- Towel $20 each
- Linens $50
- Comforter $200
- Duvet cover $100
* Please note that there are exterior security cameras for monitoring. A noise monitoring device is installed inside the property.
* Guest must complete a check-in form, upload a valid ID for identity verification, and sign a rental agreement.
* CANCELLATION POLICY: If a cancellation qualifies for a refund, a 3.5% credit card processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover the non-refundable fees charged by our payment processor.
* Please note that by booking you consent to a third party screening your identity and checking criminal database to confirm your reservation. Complete terms for guest screening can be requested from the property manager. You will receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam folder for this email and contact the property manager with any questions/concerns.
