PERFECTLY LOCATED off the `main drag` of hip Tremont, an amazing neighborhood just over the bridge from Downtown Cleveland. Tremont is loaded with award-winning restaurants, shops & galleries and we are literally STEPS from them! Minutes to the Rock-n-Roll Hall of Fame, Progressive Field, Rocket Mortgage Field House, Westside Market/Ohio City, Cleveland Clinic, University Circle / museums. DEDICATED AIRBNB, street parking, central air, WASHER/DRYER IN THE SUITE, & private front porch.

There are 3 bedrooms, Master with a king, and private bath and the other two with queen beds, closet, and dresser. The bathroom is a bathtub/shower combo. The kitchen comes with all new appliances and cookware. There is a drip coffee maker, microwave, and toaster available as well. The dining table seats 8/10 people. There is a outdoor patio deck with a nice seating area to relax and an awesome rooftop Deck as well!! There are also security cameras outside the home near the front and back doors for safety only. If you need any other details, don`t hesitate to ask. We are located in the heart of Tremont and an unbeatable location - only a 2 minute walk to amazing restaurants, bars, craft coffee shops and lively art scene (please see our map for more details)! The area is very safe to walk around and enjoy what this city has to offer. Spacious and homey accommodations perfect for a vacation, corporate stay, or weekend getaway, easy street parking is always near the townhouse, central air, washer and dryer located right in the suite, dishwasher, fully functional eat-in kitchen, comfy beds and a fabulous front porch overlooking the area, ideal for relaxing or people-watching. For those traveling with small children, we have a high-chair, pack-n-play, gates available upon request for a small fee. .

Our unit is the 2nd townhome on the right when turning on to W6th from Literary st. When you arrive at the townhome you can gain access by entering your door code and check mark. ( Your door code will be sent to you 1 day before arrival via email (make sure to check your spam)

Our property manager lives close to the home, and is available to assist if you need anything. There is a keypad you can access anytime.

Tremont is centrally located, making it the ideal place to stay during your visit to Cleveland. The community is close to a number of major highways, giving you easy access to Cleveland’s top attractions. Tremont is the coolest neighborhood in Cleveland. Walk to many of Cleveland`s best restaurants, shops and art galleries. Perfectly located 5 minutes from Downtown Cleveland - Tower City, Brown`s stadium, Rocket Mortgage Field House, Progressive Field, Rock-n-Roll Hall of Fame, Jack Casino, revitalized Flats, Playhouse Square. Borders trendy Ohio City, home of the Westside Market and a host of eateries and bars. Cleveland is home to one of the world`s best orchestras which can be enjoyed at Severance Hall in University Circle. Here one can also find the amazing Cleveland Museum of Art, Botanical Gardens, Museum of Natural History, Crawford Auto Museum, and Western Reserve Historical Society.

Walk anywhere in Tremont. Ohio City is a short walk or a quick Lyft/Uber away. Downtown Cleveland is a $5-7 Lyft/Uber ride. Bus stop is within a few hundred feet and runs frequently.

✹ This house sits in a quiet residential neighborhood. This house is NOT for parties, large gatherings, or events. If a guest violates the house rules and allows unauthorized guests, everyone will be removed from the property without a refund.

✹ Contactless check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a door code for entry/exit will be provided.


✹ While we appreciate the interest in staying with us, please note that we do not cater to guests who live in the area and are seeking an alternate venue for their affairs or events. We reserve the right to turn away such guests.

✹ Our townhome consists of 3 levels (kitchen and family room, bedrooms and full bath, and the roof top patio), so please be prepared for some stairs.

✹ Undeclared guests in the reservation are not allowed inside the property.
