➤ This apartment is located on the 2nd floor, and stairs are required for access. There is a separate unit downstairs, so please be mindful of the guests below and keep noise to a reasonable level.

➤ Pets allowed. We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules:

- Please note that a $100 pet fee will be applied per reservation.
- No more than ONE (1) animal, no larger than 20 pounds.
- Please disclose pets at the time of booking.
- We are unable to host cats and breeds of dogs deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy.
- Pets are not allowed on furniture & please clean up after your pets.
- Pets may not be left home alone unless crated, and if crated, they MUST remain calm and quiet (no barking or disruptive behavior).

➤ No smoking inside. Please refrain from smoking inside the home! This includes medical marijuana, vaping, and everything else. Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

1. Cancellation Policy for Direct Booking Long-Term Reservations (30 days or more):
● For reservations of 30 days or longer, a separate cancellation policy applies:
● Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date.
● A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made between 14 and 29 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
● No refund will be provided for cancellations made 13 days or fewer before the scheduled check-in date.
2. Upon booking, you will receive a rental agreement/check-in form that you are required to sign and return before your arrival
3. If you are local and / or under the age of 23 please notify us before making your reservation
4. We will place a small deposit hold on your credit card 2 days before your arrival to cover any accidental property damage that may occur and it will be released after your check out. If we fail to capture your security deposit, your reservation will automatically be cancelled
*In case of Waivo insurance* We will charge a small, non-refundable damage waiver fee to cover any potential accidental property damage during your stay. This fee replaces the traditional security deposit.
5. We would like to inform you that for direct bookings, a 4% credit card fee will be applied to any cancellations and refunds and we will follow the platform`s cancellation policy
6. Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm; please be respectful of the neighbors
7. No parties or events allowed
8. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible
9. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed
10. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund
11. Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. We`re sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them
12. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in)
13. As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a monthly midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 30 days or longer. This cleaning will take place on or around the 15th day of each month of your reservation. It is mandatory and is designed to ensure the continued cleanliness and hygiene of the property.
14. The cleaning fee for the mandatory monthly mid-stay clean will be deducted from your security deposit.

Home away from home

The overall impression of the property matched the description of the listing. The property was well maintained, it was clean and very comfortable. The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. The host communicated with me from the moment I made the booking online. He provided all the check-in details a few days before we were scheduled to arrive. The neighborhood was quiet and clean and there were no loud parties or gatherings happening the night we stayed. This is an established neighborhood so the homes are very mid-century modern. From downtown Cleveland to the house was 10 to 15 minutes. I consider this a home away from home and highly recommend staying here the next time you travel to Cleveland.
