✹ This house sits in a quiet residential neighborhood. This house is NOT for parties, large gatherings, or events. If a guest violates the house rules and allows unauthorized guests, everyone will be removed from the property without a refund.

✹ Contactless check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a door code for entry/exit will be provided.

✹ This home has been lovingly curated for out-of-town guests! We love to host guests who have previously stayed in short-term rentals and earned favorable reviews.

✹ While we appreciate the interest in staying with us, please note that we do not cater to guests who live in the area and are seeking an alternate venue for their affairs or events. We reserve the right to turn away such guests.

✹ Please advise us of any allergies or sensitivities ahead of time so we can better prepare for your reservation.

✹ The rental rate does not include a daily housekeeping service. The unit is thoroughly cleaned and inspected before check-in. Mid-stay cleaning services are available for longer stays for an additional fee.

✹ To accommodate all group sizes, we charge additional fees per person after the second person.

✹ We ask our guests to enjoy and treat our house with the same love and respect as they would their own.

✹ For the comfort and better enjoyment of all present and future guests, SMOKING is NOT allowed inside the house.

✹ Moving or rearranging furniture within the property is strictly prohibited. Our team has carefully designed the layout for optimal functionality and aesthetics. This rule is in place to maintain the property’s condition and to prevent potential damage.

✹ Check-in is at 4 pm onwards and check-out time is at 10 am. Late check-outs will incur a fee of $65 per hour. After 2 hours, the rate increases to $130 per hour.

✹ Undeclared guests in the reservation are not allowed inside the property.

✹ This property is pet-friendly. A non-refundable pet fee of $99 per pet, per stay, applies, with a maximum of two pets allowed. Only pets weighing 30 pounds or less are permitted.

We loved staying here for the Cleveland film festival. Close to food groceries and the film festival. The apartment slept five people comfortably. We recommend it.

5 mins to Cavs game…. On a street with a ton of bars, restaurant, lots of things to do.The apartment is on the top floor. Very clean and comfortable. It was cold and snowy so we didn’t get to enjoy the rooftop deck, but we did go up there and it’s beautiful.

This loft is awesome! VERY WELL equipped in all areas of the property, including a snack basket. The beds were super comfortable and the linens were nice. The location was FANTASTIC for everything we wanted to do & see. . The restaurants & bars on the street beliw offered good variety!

This is a great property. Super location, amazing common spaces if sharing with other couples or friends. Communication with property managers was spot on. In the heart of 4th Street East we walked to everything. Ball Park, House of Blues, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Rooftop Patio was perfect for morning coffees and evening drinks.
