This centrally located home in the heart of Ohio City is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. It’s within walking distance to Ohio City’s bars and restaurants, and just a quick 5-minute Uber ride to the Flats, Downtown, Tremont, and more! The house offers amazing amenities, including a hot tub, pool table, shuffleboard, darts, a 65-inch smart TV, and two 60-inch smart TVs in the master bedroom and basement.

Perfect for families or large groups, this home has 3 bedrooms—two with king beds and one with a queen. There are 2 full baths and a half bath. The living area features a large sectional couch, lazy boy recliner, a 65-inch TV, shuffleboard, and an open kitchen with an island and 4 barstools, ideal for entertaining. The basement includes a pool table, darts, a 60-inch smart TV, and a washer/dryer. Outside, enjoy the patio with a fire pit, patio furniture, and a hot tub. Located in the heart of Ohio City, it’s just steps from great bars and a short Uber ride to Cleveland's hottest spots!

For your safety, please note that we have security cameras on the property. They are positioned at the side entrance and the back entrance, providing a clear view of the backyard.

Enjoyed a wonderful stay at this property. Very spacious and open with something for everyone of all ages. The host even had a nice Christmas tree decorated. The only bad thing is we didn’t have a chance to enjoy the hot tub so we will definitely be booking again !

This was a great house to stay in. The neighborhood is quiet, the beds and living room furniture were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Brian responded quickly to all messages and was very easy to communicate with.

We traveled to Cleveland with our son's family to visit the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. With 6 of us it was important to have enough bathrooms and the 2 1/2 baths fit the bill. The place was clean, beds were comfy and the last night we even had time to enjoy a game of 8 ball, some darts and pac man.

An Unforgettable Family Getaway Near Cleveland!!!

Our family of four, with two teenagers, just had the most incredible vacation at this VRBO property, and we can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were struck by how spotlessly clean everything was, a true testament to the owner's dedication. Speaking of the owner, his prompt and friendly communication when we booked our stay was fantastic, making everything seamless and stress-free.This house is a teenager's dream and a parent's paradise! The hot tub was a huge hit for unwinding after a day of exploring, and the pool table, shuffleboard table, and arcade game provided endless hours of fun and friendly competition for all of us. There was never a dull moment indoors! The ample outside deck was perfect for morning coffee and evening relaxation, offering a lovely space to enjoy the historic surroundings.The location truly can't be beat. Nestled in a great historic neighborhood, we felt perfectly situated to explore. Being so close to Cleveland was a huge plus, and our visit to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame was a highlight for the whole family. And for those sweet cravings, we were thrilled to discover that a fantastic ice cream spot called Mason's was within easy walking distance.We truly had an amazing time and are already looking forward to our next visit. Great location, cleanest vrbo I have stayed in

My child and I decided to go for a little road trip somehow our destination became Cleveland. Now that might not sound like it exotic destination, or even much fun, but this house made it so much fun and more exciting than we had imagined.First off, this house is located in one of the most charming neighborhoods. I have seen in a very long time. It is close to literally everything. Downtown is just a short highways drive took about five minutes for us to reach our destination of the most impressive grocery stores I have ever been to! We were close to many grocery options, and there are some very hip places for inviting and eating nearby or have delivered to the house.I don’t believe that the cold rain stopped falling until it was time for us to depart. The house is very well appointed with activities to do for a wet vacation. The pool table shuffleboard the puzzles in the games were all very good at keeping us entertained. The kitchen had the basic tools and utensils one would need if they want to cook at the house. The only thing that I found missing or lacking and it’s perhaps because I just didn’t come across it was the sugar for coffee and a creamer would’ve been nice as well. That is literally the one fault that I found. I didn’t notice this though until the last morning, but I feel in my heart that had I let Brian know that I couldn’t find any of those things he would have either told me where it was or made it happen somehow because he was a most responsive host.

Fantastic stay

We really enjoyed this listing!!! Very clean apartment with tons to do on the property itself between shuffleboard pool and the hottub. Everything was neat and clean with lots of conveniences such as in unit laundry and two and a half bathrooms. The neighborhood is very cute with a lot of great cafes in walking distance such as the judith!!! One of the best rentals I’ve stayed in, no negative comments whatsoever

Great place in the middle of everything!

Settle in a nice little neighborhood close to all in Cleveland. The place was clean and well stocked ..Brian was great to deal with the whole trip. Only flaw was the game room that was decorated in ugly orange. Would have been better in Black and Gold.lol Besides that, If ever headed back to Cleveland will see if this is available.

Cleveland family trip

First the good: This house is within close proximity to many of the activities and restaurants we enjoy going to. The beds were comfy and we appreciated the use of the garage since we traveled with our mountain bikes to go to Rays Indoor Mt. Bike park. We also appreciated the host quickly bringing more towels as there weren't even enough for our group to have one towel per person when we first arrived. Could've been better: We found that this house wasn't the cleanest we've stayed in. The floor in the bathroom of the master bedroom had so much hair and the rug was visibly dirty upon walking in. The shower head had no pressure so we luckily found another one in a cabinet to put on for our stay. The kitchen was also not the cleanest (crumbs in drawers and pieces of food left in the fridge) and we found that it was difficult to use the dishes as they were all in cabinets that are much too tall for the average person. We didn't cook alot at the place but there was only one small frying pan and no pancake turner to make even breakfast easier. I'm not sure what the circumstances are with the neighbors but when you drive up to this rental property, there is a sign bolted to the fence on the neighbor's side facing outward that says "you are staying in an illegal short term rental." I didn't worry too much about it but definitely not the most welcoming way to roll up to a rental.
