Melva’s place North Ridgeville

Melva’s vacation rental serves as a starting point for adventures and a center for relaxation. This newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 1bath ranch is located on a quiet dead end street in a great neighborhood. Just a short drive to downtown Cleveland. Home to the Cleveland Browns, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Museum of Art. Enjoy Lake Erie for kayaking, fishing, or just relaxing on the beach.
Grill out on the back patio and enjoy making s’mores at the fire pit, while you breathe in some fresh air in a peaceful backyard. Keep an eye out for wildlife!
Bedrooms 3: Queen beds, nightstands. With work desk areas.
Kitchen: fully equipped, appliances, toaster,microwave, crockpot, magic bullet, Keurig coffee maker with coffee,cream, and hot chocolate. 6person dining table

Comfortable home and yard

Melva's place was perfect for our family of 4 and our dog in for a graduation weekend. The house and yard were comfortable and had what we needed to rest after days of busy activity. We had dinner one night at a restaurant nearby. Thanks for offering your home.

What a comfy, cozy & clean place to stay! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at this home away from home. We were in town for a softball tournament, and staying here was just like being at home. Beds were amazingly comfortable, the extra blankets were amazing and the house was amazingly clean. My kids also enjoyed the wildlife in the backyard! Such a great place to stay.

Excellent Property

We stayed at this house for 2 nights and had a wonderful stay. There were 6 of us and we all fit in the house and were comfortable. The owners provided everything. We didn't have to run to store for any products and there was no shortage of household items. The view in the backyard is absolutely beautiful, even in winter, and we will definitely stay there again if we go back!

This home was an amazing place to stay. Came up for a family Christmas and it was perfect and peaceful. The little added touches and extra amenities was great. Plus lived watxhing the deer every morning.

Great three bedroom house. We even were able to see deer in the backyard in the morning. Excellent for Toddlers since it’s all on one floor and no sharp edges.

Better than described!

This home is absolutely spotless! Easy check in, great communication and wonderful experience. It has everything you would need and then some. There was four of us in town for a wedding and the peaceful setting here was beyond relaxing. The pics do not do this place justice. The homeowner truly cares about the home and the quality of your stay. We will definitely find Melva's Place next time we are needing a place to stay in this area.

Comfortable

2nd time staying here with the family. We have family one street over so super close and convenient. House is clean, well-maintained and comfortable with added touches and amenities. Will continue to stay here while visiting family and appreciate the ease of having this house in our travels. We also enjoyed watching the deee and cats play in the back yard!
