Guests will have the entire apartment to themselves for the length of their stay.

Your stay includes:
- One free car parking spaces, any additonal cars will need to be parked in the street.
- Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi

• We offer shared Hot tub heating for an additional $75 per stay up to 2 nights/3 days. If you need to use it longer than 3 days, it will be $20 per each additional night. It takes about 5 hours to fully warm the pool. Noise ordinance requires quiet hours from 9pm to 8am. So no hot tub use during these hours.

• We offer a propane grill. There will be a $40 fee for its use. This fee will ensure that you don't have to clean the grill before checkout. You will be responsible for obtaining propane to use the grill, but if the tank is full when you get there, feel free to use it. Guests that request this service, understand that they are using the grill at their own risk and that they are liable for any damage caused by it.

• Pricing for this house is based on 2 guests per bedroom, and $15 for each additional guest per night (only 2 extra guests are allowed).

Beautiful kitchen with new appliances and a dishwasher (uncommon in these parts!), tiled shower with a bath, spacious living room with a comfy couch, this is a great home to kick off your shoes and relax in. Both bedrooms have Queen beds. We have an electric lock system so no need to worry about losing keys or check in / out times!

This is a second floor apartment and requires going up a set of stairs.
